Where does your Money Go?

Every penny donated to Waddle goes directly to both the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children and ASBAH. For maximum security we use ‘Just Giving’ to manage online donations.

All internal administration costs are paid for by Waddle participants meaning no money is diverted from the charity fund to cover running costs.

Waddle has opened a multi signatree Club / Organisation Account for processing Cash and Cheque donations. This account will be audited at the close of the event by:

What is Gift Aid?

Waddle can benefit from Gift Aid. Gift Aid is an easy way for charities to increase the value of gifts of money from UK taxpayers by claiming back the basic rate tax paid by the donor.

What did we raise last year and where did it go...

In 2010 Waddle raised a grand total of over £13k thanks to the support of all who donated and took part. All the funds raised have directly benefited children with both physical and learning disabilities.

With money raised on the Charity Diner night through a special raffle we have also purchased and presented a 2 man sea kayak to the Belfast Activity Center. The primary usage will be with the BAC Access-ability project and we hope that it will bring much happiness in the years to come for children of all abilities.
